I see myself as a client advocate who believes the best way to help financial services clients is to help the advisors who give independent financial advice. I believe that all clients and advisors are unique. Experience has taught me that clients are best served by a continuous long-term relationship with a compatible human advisor who seeks to understand and work with the client to achieve the client’s goals. The handbooks for financial advisors and the related templates are intended to help individual advisors efficiently provide independent, and effective advice to more clients. I am also hoping that that management of advisor firms, regulators and industry product/service suppliers will read the Handbooks for the Professional Financial Advisor to gain a deeper awareness of the uniqueness and needs of both advisors and advisors’ clients. - Christine Timms

"The evolution of the wealth management business has been fast and furious. The business has transitioned from each advisor being a sole practitioner to todays multifaceted offering where to be relevant we require a team of professionals to seamlessly offer our services.
I assure you that nowhere in our training manuals were we prepared for this essential business transition. Thankfully Chris has made this transition easier with her multi volume handbooks on how to manage a multi person investment team. Her knowledge is extensive. I feel fortunate to have known Chris professionally and now with access to her handbooks feel prepared to tackle the intricacies of all facets of the modern investment business.
I urge you to read and implement her many suggestions."
